Finding sellers in a buyer's market
Context & challenge
Hillewaere, a luxury real estate brand, came to us with a clear goal: generate more seller leads via Google Ads. Their existing campaigns weren’t targeted enough, and there was limited structure to the approach. Real estate marketing typically focuses on buyers — but we flipped the script.
Strategy & execution
We streamlined their Google Ads account and built a campaign specifically aimed at sellers. Insights from early testing showed that even people browsing as buyers were often also selling — so we redirected a part of the traffic to dedicated seller-focused landing pages.
We then extended the campaign to Meta with a full-funnel strategy: from awareness to lead gen, tailored to Hillewaere’s various office locations. With fewer direct options to target sellers, we had to get creative with interest-based audiences and lookalike models.
Results
Leads started flowing in fast. The initial Google Ads results were strong enough for Hillewaere to expand their partnership with us into Meta. Today, they run a robust, always-on campaign setup with ongoing A/B testing per region and funnel phase.
