Creative Videomaker
We're looking for a beast with a camera. You make short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You instantly see why a video works . Camera in hand, hook in mind, and a restlessness inside you that says : this can be better . Your pacing is so tight that viewers stick around like their lives depend on it. Storytelling is instinct. Full-time , side by side with our creative team, guided by our creative direction . Sound like you ? Then we've got something to offer each other .
Your role
- You shoot. In the studio, on location, or wherever the story takes you.
- Scripts are ready and waiting, written by our creative teams. You bring them to life!
- You create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- You edit your videos dynamically and according to the brief.
- You spot trends before they even become trends.
- You share social trends with the team and think about how to apply them to our projects.
- AI tools? You use them smartly wherever they make your work stronger.
This is you
- You have experience filming short-form content; for us, that's the absolute essence.
- Behind the camera? Comfortable. Next to it? Just as much!
- A strong feel for storytelling, framing and social media trends.
- You switch gears quickly and work independently.
- Solid editing skills. Editing is part of the job.
- An eye for detail and for quality. “Half-finished” isn't in your vocabulary.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Available full-time: we're looking for a permanent team member, not a freelancer.
- Experience with cameras and filming: DSLR, smartphone, you name it.
- Experience with Adobe.
- A love for social media and viral content formats.
- Fluent in Dutch & English. French? Bonus points.
