Hillewaere Group is a powerhouse in real estate and insurance. Over the past few years, they expanded and became an umbrella brand with separate departments and brands for insurance, mortgages, and luxury living. We helped them build a centralized job site to attract new talent and support this expansion.
To strengthen the Hillewaere Group brand and show potential employees who they were dealing with right away, the new job site had to reflect Hillewaere Group’s values, culture and employer branding. We made sure the website isn’t just a collection of vacancies; it’s a platform that allows for storytelling and strengthens Hillewaere Group’s position in the talent market.

We opted for a website built in CraftCMS for three reasons. On the one hand, we already set up another website for one of the Hillewaere Group departments in CraftCMS, so it was just the easiest, most efficient choice. Secondly, CraftCMS allowed us to create reusable components, which makes future updates and expansions easier for the Hillewaere Group team.
And lastly, the platform integrates seamlessly with AFAS software for vacancy management, which means data and vacancies can easily be updated. To sum it up, CraftCMS is user-friendly, flexible and, above all, user-friendly.
