EUROPE'S CREATIVE COMMUNITY GIVES MORE CLOUT TO EUROPEAN ELECTIONS

Less than a year ago, Superkraft was asked by the European Parliament to consider ways to put the demise of democracy on the agenda of creatives around the world.

WORLD LEADERS IN CREATIVITY AND BUSINESS

In consultation with both the European Parliament's director-general and communications cell and the Cannes Lions, we mapped out a three-step strategy - the first phase of which has just been completed.

Superkraft united two influential parties; the European Parliament and Cannes Lions, by creating an urgency and leveraging FOMO. After a year of collaborative brainstorming and lobbying, Superkraft successfully brought these organizations together. As a significant outcome, Ms. Metsola was invited to speak at the Cannes Lions Festival in front of a thousand-strong audience of world leaders in creativity and business.

Moreover, Superkraft's 'content attack plan' included the documentary 'Get off the Stage and on the Stands,' exploring whether creativity can save the world … or not.

SENIORITY COMBINED WITH CREATIVE AND PR KNOW-HOW

A dedicated team was assembled with the focus on seniority and diplomacy and on the journalistic- and PR aspect of the business.

Our Creative Director, Peter, was a journalist for De Standaard in a previous life, among others, and has been reporting on the Lions Festival of Creativity for two decades. In this way, we got to open doors that would surely have remained closed to others. 

Through careful lobby work, we managed to get an invitation for Roberta Metsola to speak for thousands of creatives during The Cannes Lions. On top we are interviewing a long list of influencing people for our documentary that will be distributed in February 2024.
